2014

The Austin by Beedie is completed on the Austin Heights Corridor.

2016

The Evergreen Line is completed, connecting Coquitlam to Metro Vancouver.

2017

Beedie continues to contribute to Coquitlam and completes its second tower, Crown at Burquitlam Station.

2018

Construction of the Austin Heights Safeway begins.

2018

We chose this area because we knew it was going to grow and we wanted to get in and get our feet firmly planted. The location is so central. It’s only a 20-minute hop to wherever you want to go – Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Langley.

What attracted you to this neighbourhood?

I grew up here. I went to school in the area, played soccer, baseball. This is essentially my ‘hood. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The fact that there is so much surrounding green space, like Como Lake, makes it even better.
