Meet your neighbours.

What makes this community so special?

We chose this area because we knew it was going to grow and we wanted to get in and get our feet firmly planted. The location is so central. It’s only a 20-minute hop to wherever you want to go – Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Langley.

What attracted you to this neighbourhood?

I grew up here. I went to school in the area, played soccer, baseball. This is essentially my ‘hood. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The fact that there is so much surrounding green space, like Como Lake, makes it even better.

Owen Coomer, Manager

Can you describe the vibe of this neighbourhood?

It’s really welcoming. We feel like we’re part of a growing community. It has a downtown feel but without the noise – there are so many independent shops and authentic restaurants.
